2.5.0: Fix incompatibility with obsidian mobile

Use mime instead of mime-types for compatibility with Obsidian mobile thanks to @mardukbp (#11)

Note that this is a minor breaking change. You need to update your custom transforms if you are using the mime utility exposed by this plugin.
