Similar to the cloud tool, have the user rotate themselves with phone pointed away until they are facing the wind.

Factor this into weather forecasts.

Users can also enter wind strength.

Show graphic on how to hold phone.

Maybe show direction of low pressure center?

This could eventually use a microphone array on the device to determine direction automatically.

Note: Direction meaning seems to differ based on latitude, but most resources appear for the US (which is all in the westerlies prevailing wind)
