When on settings, you can't currently open the bottom nav quick actions because the settings fragments aren't an andromeda fragment.

Allow launching on settings
Path settings: keep backtrack switch in sync
Weather settings: keep weather monitor switch in sync
Astronomy settings: keep sunset alert switch in sync
Pedometer settings: keep pedometer switch in sync
