Hi! My name is Kasia and I'm a researcher intersted in exploring the intersection of Machine Learning and biology. This summer, as an intern at the Microsoft Research New England in the bioML group, I worked on Foundation Models in single cell biology. Currently, I'm wrapping up my PhD at Oxford.
