Is it possible for the plugin to populate the equates like Resource has available?

Could you explain a little bit more? I'm not too familiar with AmigaOS.

I created complete Data Type Archives from the NDK (3.1).
However, Ghidra has no signed enums (yet), so LVOs and other equates are broken.
