As of 11/07, Sphinx 4.1 was released and we are no longer able to build our documentation.

I think we could wait a couple of days, otherwise we fix the sphinx version to the previous working one (v4.0.3 works fine).

Apparently it will be solved soon according to sphinx-doc/sphinx#9446

Actually, it will be fixed in breathe-doc/breathe#711

Since breathe-doc/breathe#711 has not yet been merged, fixing sphinx version at 4.0.3 in 5549d88 should suffice for now.
