You ended up with cylinter 0.0.44 but the most recent version is 0.0.48. Could you delete that environment and try again with this command: conda create -n cylinter-env48 -c conda-forge -c labsyspharm python=3 cylinter=0.0.48 |

Hey @gjbaker, I just tried to run cylinter version 0.0.48 and ran into this error.
It seems the Qt module is not being installed.
Running
pip install PyQt6
made it work.cheers and great work with upgrading cylinter
