EnableLocal errors #436

If I set "EnableLocal" to true in config.json I get two errors after running a game:

"No Steam configuration and/or API key"
"Steam profile is not public"

After setting "EnableLocal" to false again and restarting, the issue goes away.

I'm not sure how long I have been seeing these errors, but I know thy weren't there in a previous release.

I have Steam Achievements disabled.
