Window doesn't stay on top in v2.11 - 2.12 #7

This is especially apparent when gaming, initially the app launches on top but after locking the app and clicking elsewhere to lose focus, the app no longer stays on top.

This seems to be directly related to the Electron v7 update.

Electron versions after v6 have a regression that breaks setAlwaysOnTop
