OoE - Can't advance at the beginning of Dracula's Castle

So I opened access to Dracula's Castle and I'm stuck near the beginning. I entered through the main entrance and just left of the first save room the path through the room continues up but I am unable to clear the jump. Can I get by here without double jump?

I've gone over the spoiler log to make sure I haven't missed anything, but I don't know how I can pass this area with the tools available. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks unbeatable, I think what happened is I updated mystery manor's requirements years ago and never updated entrance's requirements to match
