Treasure chart 42

I'm currently in the middle of a play through and can not progress without the fire arrows. I finally caved and decided to look up where the next bow progression item was. It said Gale island sunken treasure, which is treasure chart 42 and is only in the HD remake. How am I suppose to get something not in the game?

There's no treasure chart 42 in the randomizer.

Seven-Star Isles Octo = Triforce Chart 2, Triforce Chart 2 > Gale Isle Sunken Treasure = Progressive Bow

In WWSD, gale isle's sunken treasure requires triforce chart 2.
Reading a WWHD walkthrough isn't going to give you the proper information to play WWSD.
The spoiler log tells you at the bottom which chart is for each island:

Charts:
  Triforce Chart 1:  Greatfish Isle
  Triforce Chart 2:  Gale Isle
  ...
