Consider removing copyright notices #31

Since these files are meant as a template/seed for new projects, please consider removing the Lightbend copyright notice in file comments.

I agree. That's how it's done in Akka samples, and we also use Public Domain (CC0) for samples, e.g. https://github.com/akka/akka-samples/tree/2.5/akka-sample-cluster-scala
