Document Couchbase as a supported database #1813

With the imminent release of Akka Persistence Couchbase 1.0 we should add it to the list of compatible databases.

We can link to the Akka Persistence Couchbase documentation rather than replicating it onto the Lagom site.

As part of editing that list, we should make two related changes:

We should no longer promote Cassandra as the recommended option, but just as one equal among the available options
Let's change "Lagom supports the following databases" to "Lagom is compatible with the following databases" to reduce the possibility that someone might misinterpret this as meaning the databases themselves are covered by Lightbend Support
