We have a series of improvements to our documents feature which we should work on in this Epic:

Show documents as tiles, add/edit them in 'settings mode' #338 - show documents as tiles
Show file details for uploaded documents #433 - show file details
Add documents to tasks #307 - Add documents to tasks
Add documents to projects #337 - Add documents to projects
External links as document location outside of Lale #83 - External links as documents
Allow updating of stored file for document #442 - allow updating of stored file

The spec is straightforward and looks good! Not sure if it should go on the doc, but we may also need to add possible points of testing as well
