How to use Sleap 2D coordinates output with Anipose

Hi,

I have tracked my animal in 2D with sleap for two different camera views and I would like to use anipose to do 3D tracking based on these but I can't find any documentation online to guide me on how to do that. Would anyone be able to help?

Hi, I haven't set up anipose to use SLEAP for 2D tracking yet.
However, there is another repository to do this: https://github.com/talmolab/sleap-anipose/
