Anipose analyzes videos, but doesn't complete through anipose filter #91

When I run the command anipose analyze, the command window goes through each of the raw videos, but leaves behind a user warning stating UserWarning: layer.apply is deprecated and will be removed in a future version. Please use layer.__call__ method instead.
warnings.warn('layer.apply is deprecated and '.
It continues to analyze videos after giving this issue. My issue truly starts when I run anipose filter, and instead of running through any videos as it appears it should do in the documentation, it says Filtering tracked points...before promptly going back to the command line. Has anyone had any issues like this in the past and figured out how to fix it? I couldn't find anything from my searches.
Thank you!

Hi.

I have run into the same issue(I think), and I haven't found a solution yet, so writing here in the hopes that one of you (or someone else) found a solution. I have attached notes of the console output from the entire process (One with installation of DLC and Anipose, and one with the attempt to analyze)
I have also attached an image of the H5 files created in the pose-2d folder.

Failed analysis of hand tutorial, all console output.txt
H5+PICKLE Files from pose-2d folder
Installation of Anipose and DLC.txt

Hope to get an update soon, as we really want to use Anipose for an upcoming project :)
