These disambiguation rules don't seem to do anything (noted in #5196):
before_NN_VBG
be_NN_VBG
WORTH_VBG_NN
without_kk_NN_VBG
HAVING_VBN

In the marker, <token postag="NN"/> should probably be <token postag_regexp="yes" postag="NN(:UN?)?"/>

Check and change the token. Add examples.
