[All language] Unusable LanguageTool Options if a category has many rules

For categories that have many rules, the response time when a category is selected or deselected is slow (approximately 5 seconds for approximately 500 rules). Try it with Possible Typo.

When there are more rules, the GUI becomes unusable. (More than 1 minute to select/deselect a category that contains approximately 3000 rules.)

The problem was introduced between LT 3.3 and LT 3.4.
