If light in the room is turned off while video is playing, such that the sampled video is effectively completely dark, the video will glitch for several seconds, showing the last frame before the light was turned off.

Similarly, if it is already sufficiently dark in the room when a new session is attempted, the video session will not start, with RTCP Picture Loss Indicators being returned by the browser. See NALUs in blackness.264.gz.

This seems to only be an issue on the Raspberry Pi
