V0.3

I can't use this version because the UI has oversized fonts, large icons, and a huge terminal. Everything appears too large, and you can't resize the Lapce window.
If you move the Lapce window, it disappears and does not reappear.

It is minimized, just un-minimize it. You need to set the font size.
Remember it's a alfa release (pre beta). I agree there is many things to fix jet but the project is really great!

Yes you need luck with early per-releases.
I have a double issue running Arch and Mac. With Arch it's always a little bit harder,
I hope the guys making this amazing app all the best and hope they reach beta soon.

I could observe the same on MacOS, under Windows the UI looks fine, but under Mac the terminal as well as the code editor have strange fonts and distances between letters.

Hopefully, this can be fixed in a later iteration.

I have also noticed both UI and UX getting a lot worse with the 0.3 release. A lot of features stopped working. 0.2.8 was actually quite usable for me, so this is a bit sad.

Here are the things I think are most important, otherwise its usable.

  1. ⇔ (double arrow in file explorer or addon panel) to resize. I suddenly thought after installation that its not possible to resize the panel.
  2. More fonts, monospace is good, but still need of some better font, vs code uses droid sans mono, and its open source. Though I am able to change the fonts, by directly pasting the font family name with case sensitivity, but changing the font size is still buggy. Sometimes I have to restart to reset the font size.
