php-worker doesn't copy supervisord.d directory. This means the queue:worker doesn't start #1551

Issue:


Expected behavior:

The php-worker/dockerfile should copy the supervisord.d directory. This is needed for the queue worker to start.


Reproduce:


Start a php-worker and notice that the queue workers don't start.
