can't up -d nginx container

• Docker version ($ docker --version): Docker version 19.03.1, build 74b1e89
• Laradock commit ($ git rev-parse HEAD): ab3a325
• System info (Mac, PC, Linux): PC
• System info disto/version: Win 10

Issue:

nginx_1 | nginx: [emerg] open() "/var/log/nginx/error.log" failed (2: No such file or directory)
laradock_nginx_1 exited with code 1

Expected behavior:

up nginx container

Reproduce:

docker-compose up -d nginx

docker-compose logs nginx 

Relevant Code:
