swoole support multi project same port #2705

Description:

I use swoole with laradock with one project is ok, but when I setup next project I can not use swoole same port with forst project

Expected Behavior:

I want use swool with two project and same port swoole http server

Context information:

Output of git rev-parse HEAD

c3620e95c8c6174f07c593e7fee3c7a6b2bdc1d7

Output of docker version

Docker version 19.03.6

Output of docker-compose version

docker-compose version 1.17.1

System info: Mac, Windows or Linux. Include which disto/version

Ubuntu 64bit 18.04

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1.setup first project with swoole
2.setup next project with swoole
3.can not start the second project
