php-fpm is missing Redis igbinary serializer option

Description:

igbinary is not available for php-fpm but it is available in workspace

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. run docker-compose exec php-fpm bash
2. run php -m
3. missing igbinary module
4. run php -i
5. search for Registered serializer handlers
6. missing igbinary
