Can't access mysql command line

Expected Behavior:

The mysql command should work within the workspace

Docker version 19.03.13, build 4484c46d9d

Output of docker-compose version

docker-compose version 1.27.4, build 40524192

System info: Mac, Windows or Linux. Include which disto/version

Windows 10

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. docker-compose up -d nginx mysql phpmyadmin redis
2. docker-compose exec workspace bash
3. mysql

Step 3 doesn't work so I can't access mysql through command line.
