  • Tag 4.0.0 is not working with MSSQL when DOWNGRADE_OPENSSL_TLS_AND_SECLEVEL = true
  • Tag 3.0.2 is ok.

Error in workspace when i run php artisan tinker
Illuminate/Database/QueryException with message 'SQLSTATE[08001]: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server]TCP Provider: Error code 0x2746

But in php-fpm Tag 3.0.0
It is ok.
