Mysql 8 , super slow

hello , I installed those packages on ubuntu -
docker-compose up -d nginx mysql phpmyadmin redis workspace

it istalled mysql 8 .
But mysql is very slow , my migration took 15 minutes to execute .
does have any configuration that I have to do , to make mysql more fast ?
