Currently there is no frontend workflow. Files were statically copy pasted from the old version because the old frontend flow was so old. You can see the old setup here: https://github.com/laravelio/laravel.io/tree/d6e5d2b78bd4748c7dd1e6a396d310435902935a/public

This should be updated to work with the new Laravel Mix library.
