Can't Open RGB Viewer #65

Since the RGB viewer with the ROI tools has been merged into the develop branch, I checked out that branch and tried to run the viewer again.

I was able to check out develop successfully; I then did "source configure.sh" and "make". When I tried to run the viewer, the terminal printed "Traceback (most recent call last): ", and then nothing. It hung and would not respond even to a keyboard interrupt (Ctrl+C).

I apologize, because I know this isn't really enough information to be useful. Let me know if there are diagnostic tests I can run to help.

Resolved by removing the previous LArCV build directory and rebuilding. Sorry!
