Create Windows build workflow #115

Currently, we try to build on the docker image only. See https://github.com/latextemplates/scientific-thesis-template/blob/master/.github/workflows/build-with-pdflatex.yml

There are matrix runs available: https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/blob/master/.github/workflows/deployment.yml#L9. We should use them to build on linux (using texlive) and windows (using miktex) at least.

Also add daily runs.

This could help to debug #114
