Compare the final states of the compiled output vs logical computation

Ideas:

Simple examples
- Some trivial stabilizer examples
- Of a Bell pair example
- Teleporting a magic state
Compare probability distributions when removing stabilizer vs no stabilizer removal
Find or generate some interesting circuits to use as regression tests.
Run examples from Litinski's paper
