rethink verification for blockscout+etherscan #2752

For blockscout + etherscan, we're currently only able to verify the source files in a user's MUD project, not its dependencies (store, world, world-modules).

We should rethink this or give folks a route to verify in blockscout + etherscan using the verified source from sourcify.
