I'm running Nextcloud 19.0.3, is this why I am getting stuck trying to sync from the desktop and Android apps?
Nextcloud 19.0.3
Joplin Web API 0.0.25
Joplin for Desktop 1.0.245
Joplin for Android 1.0.339
I am unable to sync from any device and get stuck at this screen:

Please wait while the sync target is being upgraded. It may take a few seconds or a few minutes depending on the upgrade. The application will automatically restart once it is completed.
I am able to activate the Joplin Web API app in Nextcloud unlike some other issues I've noticed here but I guess it's not working?
Do I need to downgrade my Nextcloud?
nextcloud hub 19 has some exciting new features and we want to move across with apps tested and validated. many thanks for your great work to date!
