Katex block adding new lines each time I toggle from TinyMCE (after making changes) to Codemirror

Katex block adds new line everytime I switch from TinyMCE to codemirror after making some changes. Check out the images below:

Environment

Joplin version: Joplin 2.0.2 (dev, win32)
Platform: windows
OS specifics: Windows 10 Home Single Language, version: 20H2

Steps to reproduce

1. Write some block katex expression in the codemirror editor
2. Switch to TinyMCE
3. Make some changes to your note
4. Switch back to codemirror
5. See the bug

Repeat step 2 to 4 couple of times and you will see that every time new lines are being added.

Describe what you expected to happen

New lines should not be added.

NOTE: It is not duplicate of/ similar to #5025, which is actually a turndown issue, whereas in this case, the HTML passed to turndown is wrong, so seems to be a TinyMCE editor issue.
