Unable to sync from CLI. #5547

I updated the app and now when I try to sync to dropbox I get the following error:

Steps to reproduce

Open terminal
:sync --target 2

Describe what you expected to happen

I expect it to sync instead of give me an error saying that it can't create a directory.

Fixed I was syncing to the wrong target. :sync --target 7
