Environment

Joplin version: 2.4.3
Platform: Android
OS specifics: Android 9

Steps to reproduce

  1. Disable animations and transitions either in Accessibility or Developer Options in the system Settings.
  2. Open Joplin, then open a note and click on the three dots menu in the top-right corner.
  3. A pop-up displays with a slow expanding animation.

Describe what you expected to happen

The Joplin app should follow the system settings and not use any animations and transitions when they are disabled there (and especially when disabled in Accessibility). As it is right now, at least some parts of the application don't seem to follow the system settings at all.
