Desktop: "Share notebook" visible even when using non-JoplinCloud sync targets

Environment

Joplin version: 2.12.15
Platform: Desktop/Ubuntu 23.04

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Joplin
2. Set the sync target to OneDrive
3. Click on the "Notebook" menu tab

Describe what you expected to happen

The "share notebook" button should not be visible unless syncing with a sync target that supports it.

It's also possible to click "share notebook" briefly on app startup.
