[feature request] allow picking of which folder you sync to on back end #895

it would be really useful if we could pick a folder on the back end to sync to when setting Joplin up. For instance if I pick Onedrive, it will only sync to the root of Onedrive which looks horrible when looking at the folder. I would like to be able to pick a sub folder like \documents\notes\joplin This is not limited to Onedrive and seems to be a limit of all the sync options except the folder sync.

In order to get this to work I have to sync to a filesystem folder and then use a separate program to sync that folder to the back end of my choice. That works for desktop options like windows or linux, but not for android. So I am unable to get my existing notes there.
