There is a DragRegion component that lets users register an "onDrag" callback.

This is used in whena.re, for example, to let the user change the time of the current clock.

It creates a lot of internal states and a lot of side effects that are implemented in a very naive way.
Simplify the whole thing while keeping the same API of IDragInfo.
