Hello! Just found out about this great tool and was looking if Linux support was planned, and ran out into this issue. So just a pointer if you didn’t know about them already: .desktop files (some info here for instance: https://developer.gnome.org/integration-guide/stable/desktop-files.html.en). They are basically Linux’ shorcuts/launchers/manifests for all apps across most desktop environments, which make the apps appear in all menus/launchers/app searches once placed in /usr/share/applications or ~/.local/share/applications folders. They make sense when the app is distributed as a package or installer, which is very nice, though most often small indie games come as a simple archive to unzip, and in that case almost never include a .desktop file with an icon.
