导出csv时，会出现乱码的情况 ，师父是不是创建文件时候忘记utf-8啦
并且 在csv内也会出现重复消息的情况

他是utf-8格式的，是你的CSV查看器以gbk编码打开了这个CSV，所以会出现乱码，不信你用记事本打开看看，或者vscode

是这样的 有一个解决方案：
新建一个xlsx，数据-从文本/csv-选择导出的csv(原始格式要选utf-8，原始的是1252：西欧)，然后转换数据；然后关闭并上载就可以转换成正常Excel格式的了
