建议增加TCP连接状态变化的事件。在C#使用TCP Client时，调用OnClose事件时，连接状态为ServiceState.Stoping，没有更新ServiceState状态的方法

OnClose 函数结束后状态才会变为 Stopped，参考开发文档 FAQ
