Merconis can be configured completely freely and this applies in particular to the forms used to request specific payment information from a customer (e.g. bank details for direct debit authorisation). It is therefore necessary to first define standardized payment information, which Merconis queries for special payment methods, and which is then transferred to the ERP. Merconis must therefore deliver a standard configuration (standardized forms) that can be changed, but is expected by the ERP interface in its original state.
