[Windows] can not run project on Windows11 #261

got this error:

Launching lib\main.dart on Windows in debug mode...
lib\main.dart:1
Exception: ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED file system exception thrown while trying to create a symlink from source to dest
Exited (sigterm)

win11 always has this kind of error ,could you help me?
