Do we still need GitHub link? Or shall we move the responsibility to reservoir?

I think we should wait with integrating things like reservoir or other general purpose programming language related stuff until the compiler team shifts its focus from mathlib to this so we can have something fleshed out from the beginning and not refactor again and again as we go.
