This PR moves parsing logic for the
complete
command to the server and adds completing options as a first test of context-sensitive completions.There may not be enough time for me to sufficiently test the PR before I embark on my vacation tomorrow. One 'interesting' problem I found is that completion does not trigger on trailing periods like
pp.
because in that context the period is parsed as its own token.
