render LaTeX in docstrings

Since the mathlib docs now are able to render LaTeX using MathJax (see leanprover-community/doc-gen#9), we should see if we can adapt the hack used by the LaTeX Workshop extension to show LaTeX in docstrings. See Zulip discussion around here.
