Kolibri takes a minute to quit while playing a video in windows

If user tries to quit the application while playing a video, it takes ~ 1 minute to exit. This is quitting the application not escaping the video player.

This issue is seen on Windows with the standalone app.

NOTE

• macOS standalone app is not having this issue
• GNOME app is not having this issue

This has been tested with OceanX and TED-Ed content. Takes a long time to quit Kolibri if one tries to quit Kolibri while the video is still playing.
