docopt for Debian wheezy

Can't seem to find that package.

Sorry, don'T really get that. Searched for pip, found python-pip and python3-pip. Installed python3-pip still no pip or even python3-pip command.

Any more advice please?

Hi, you should install the package python-pip (sudo apt-get install python-pip) and make sure you are using python 2.x not python 3 because ngxtop isn't tested with python 3 yet.
