The Confirmation Link After We Created Our App, Didn't Work

Expected behavior

The confirmation link for the app we created (@steemsays.app) should have indicated that our app was created on SteemConnect once the link is clicked.

Actual behavior

1. The window that opened said that the transaction was not found.. even after more than 30 to 45 minutes.

2. In spite of the confirmation link not working, our app was successfully created on SteemConnect:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

A. Create an app on beta.steemconnect.com
B. View the confirmation link
C. Wait 5 minutes
D. Click on the confirmation link

This issue is not related to Steemconnect. SteemD sometimes takes some time to index transactions.

I am also facing below issue related to this, I have created app transaction published into steemd but my app is not showing on https://beta.steemconnect.com/apps

Please help me on this why this is happening or how much time will take by beta.steemconnect.com to publish my app?
